A Business Process Analysis involves the following:

• On-site Business Consultation – End2End Business Consultants will arrive on-site to interview key personnel and document the current day to day processes in each department. These interviews can include as many individuals as needed to get a global view of your business’s day to day operations.
• Process Gap Analysis – After the End2End Business Consultants have captured all the information needed to identify your business’s existing processes, they will begin the Process Gap Analysis. This process involves sorting the documents, information and notes and creating flowcharts of your business processes. During this analysis, End2End Business Consultants will identify areas that could be improved through automation or integration to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Recommended Solutions & Cost – Once all of your business processes and improvement areas have been identified, the End2End Business Consulting Team will create recommendations for a solution that is tailored to meet your specific business needs. While creating recommendations, End2End will begin to associate costs to the overall project to prepare for the proposal phase.
• Proposal and Scope of Work Prototype - Once all recommendations have been made, End2End Business Consultants will prepare a detailed Proposal and Scope of Work Prototype for your business. This proposal will be specific to your company’s business needs and how End2End plans on meeting those needs. Included in the proposal will be a presentation of the processes that were identified in your business, the recommended solutions, and the costs associated with the entire project.
